conversation with him over the telephone of a few moments ago and that the prime minister has agreed that a private notice question should be arranged for today in the House of Commons over the question of the surrender and subsequent administration of Hon Mong.
I enclose as requested the terus of the question and the answer which i understand have been agreed between the Prime Minister, the Foreign
